Engage the Reading

Each lesson begins with a pre-reading from the ConnectUp: Emotional Healing Prayer manual. A recommended reading list is also available for those who want to go deeper in their learning.

Watch the Videos

Each video lesson introduces its key theme, offering biblical insights and guiding your emotional healing. Videos include teaching, ministry, reflection, and activation—engage fully for the best experience.

Reflection and Activation Exercises

Throughout the course, you'll be prompted to complete reflection and activation activities such as journaling, prayer, and guided exercises. These are outlined in your course guide and manual.

Stay Consistent

Although the course is self-paced, following the lesson structure will maximize your learning and transformation. You may move faster or slower as you feel led.

Personal Ministry Session

Level 1 Course Breakdown

Each course is available in two versions: 1) For individuals and 2) For small groups.

Both Level 1 Training versions include two core courses designed to equip you with essential healing prayer principles and tools.

  • 101: Emotional Healing Basics – Learn the essential core values and foundations of emotional healing prayer, and how heart wounds can be healed through prayer ministry.

  • 102: Emotional Healing Prayer Tools – Learn and practice ConnectUp ministry tools for various needs, preparing you to engage in both personal and small group prayer settings.

About the Group Course

Level 1 Training (Group) is a Group Leader License designed for churches, ministries, small groups, and organizations that want to experience emotional healing and learn ConnectUp's healing prayer model together. The course combines self-paced video lessons with guided discussions, reflection, and activation, helping your group grow in community while equipping participants to minister healing prayer to others. Each Group purchase includes the Group Leader Guide to help you facilitate your group with confidence.

  • The Level 1 Training E-courses are for use by the individual that purchased the course, but if you want to take a group through the e-courses you'd need to buy the Group version of the Level 1 E-Course. This Group version is built specifically for small group use, and has a group leader guide, updated videos, and updated reflections or activations for small group facilitation. 

    Both courses are a one-time purchase, meaning after you buy it you're welcome to continue to use it for the licensed purchase. For example, if you buy the Group bundle, you can take multiple small groups through it in the coming months or years.

  • The Level 1 E-Courses contain the same content as ConnectUp’s Level 1 Training, previously known as "Module 1." If you've already completed that training, the material will not be new. However, the E-Courses may still be useful if you’d like access to the content in a format that allows for self-paced review, or if you are interested in leading others through the training using the group version of the course.

  • Once you enroll, you’ll have unlimited access to the course. Learn at your own pace, on your own schedule, and return to the content as often as you'd like. This course is designed to fit your life—whether that’s early mornings before work or late nights after the kids are in bed.

  • Each E-Course has two parts with 8 Lessons each. That said, it is designed to be flexible. On average, participants spend 1–2 hours per week engaging with video lessons, prayer activations, and personal reflection. You can pace yourself based on your availability and how deeply you’d like to engage each week.

  • Yes! Each course includes a downloadable prayer guide, readings, and ministry tools you can use in your personal life or as you minister to others. You’ll also gain lifetime access to all materials and updates, so you can revisit the tools and teachings whenever needed.

  • Yes, students in the Individual or Group versions must purchase a Course Pack from the ConnectUp Online Store. The Course Pack is sold separately from the e-course, and is composed of a ConnectUp Manual and Prayer Card. It’s available in Print or Instant Download formats.
